Skill Development | 3v3 | 5v5

The Rising Stars Basketball League is designed to develop complete players through a structured, concept-driven format that blends skill work with real game application. Each session includes 30 minutes of focused skill development, 1 hour of 3v3, and 30 minutes of 5v5, giving athletes the opportunity to learn, compete, and apply what they’ve been taught in live play. Every week features a specific basketball concept - such as spacing, decision-making, defensive positioning, or attacking advantages - that is taught in the skill segment and then implemented in both 3v3 and 5v5 gameplay. These concepts are part of our long-term program pathway, intentionally built to help athletes progress through our system and prepare them to move on to the next level of competition.
